Golden cane palms are moderately slow growing, it is better to buy them in 300mm pot size at a minimum as small palms can take many years to reach maturity.
It is important to buy tough sungrown palms as small shadehouse grown plants when planted in our harsh environment are often spent weak and sunburnt the first 2 years especially if un-Irrigated.
