Description
Chinese Dwarf Bamboo (Bambusa Guanxiensis) is great (all the collectors like it), but just hasn’t been discovered by the landscape market for its true potential! It will substitute most medium hedge plants (murraya, vibernum, photinia) growing ultimately to 3 metres if you don’t want a 6 metre bamboo.
Grows well here in Nowra, NSW, and likes a trim to shape or topiary regularly (monthly in summer) and gets minimal pests. Very Asian looking.
