Refund Policy

Refunds are accepted if a product is faulty or damaged outside the terms of the goods discussed. This does not include change of mind.

You must notify our customer service team with intention to return within 7 days of taking receipt of the goods.

Returns will only be accepted provided the goods are unused and are in the same condition as sold including packaging. Shipping of goods returned is to be arranged by the company, if freight costs exceed the original, this cost is to be covered by the customer.

Once goods are inspected you will be contacted by our customer service team regarding a refund. All refunds are processed directly back to the buyer.

All special circumstances will be considered.

Privacy Policy 

All personal information collected including full name, address, email, and contact numbers are securely filed within our system for the purpose of any current or future sales. Your information will not be shared outside of our system as it is used in-house use only.

Payment information such as credit cards are not stored within our system. They are used as a one-time payment and information will need to be provided per invoice transaction. Other payment methods such as direct debit are controlled by the consumer and therefore, we do not see any of this information.

Shipping Policy 

All shipping costs are calculated separately and will be provided on the initial quote/order.

All shipping can only be received at a residential address due to goods being perishable if stored at a post office.

Shipping will be arranged within 1-2 working days of receiving payment of your order. You will be advised on an exact time of arrival as soon this is processed.

If the residential address is outside of our local deliveries, we can arrange for external freight companies to deliver these items. The exact time of arrival is outside our control for these companies however, we will do our best to keep you as up to date as possible.

Stock Holding

We hold stock of all products available on our website however, due to unforeseen circumstances we may be out to stock of that product, we will provide you with an approximate time the item will come back into stock.
